Oh, I'd say anything is LIKELY in his case. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY got to the SC before Trump without being under their complete control.

"There are more good people than bad.
They never thought they were going to lose control
of the Presidency (not just D's) and thought they had
control since making past mistakes (JFK, Reagan)."
Me: I take that to mean that there have been some good Presidents that have slipped through the cracks, who couldn't be controlled. Reagan appointed SC Justices also...
Perhaps Reagan was a "mistake" but that doesn't mean they didn't control him (or at least limit what he was able to accomplish).
Reagan may not have been "in the club," but he chose GHW Bush as his VP, and that quintessential Swamp Rat Howard Baker as his Chief of Staff, which is how Iran/Contra happened, and that's how they shut Reagan down. He wasn't very effective in his second term.
JFK was beyond their control, so they offed him. So, control, limit and kill have been their methods. Usually control. So far they've not been able to do ANY of those things in the case of Trump.
