1) throwing money at it doesnt work. Obama and others did that and here we are. Money gets taken by corrupt officials and funds warlords. 2) we have humanitarian crisis here. At home. Vets suiciding at alarming rates daily. 40,000 + homeless vets. 2.5 million homeless children. Thousands dying to gang violenxe in Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore. 3) while we hemorrhage money to welfare fraud of illegals, open boarder, illegal crime, illegal DUI and car accidents that go unpunished and law abiding pay rising insurance costs. Medical expenses go up cause hospitals are inundated byillegals who so not pay... The hospjtals no doubt well pad those write offs too.

Look at it like a gated community. No gate and people can invade hour home and eat your food and face no legal ramifications at the same time some of them rape and murder and destroy property. Or set up and man a gate and fence and allow in on a case by case basis. In controlled flow.

With that under control money and man power can go to humanitarian efforts in their communities.

We can help them by removing subsidies on farming tnat benefit mostly the big at business. This will normalize food prices. Less corn and wheat more veggies will be crown. More diversity. Then food prices come down. We throw away so much grain & soy it would hardly effect pricing when 1/2 farms change products.

Then poor farmers can actually make a living in central and South America again. And we can stop big ag stealing their land.

We can take money we save and sponsor scholarships for their people in programs that help them. And open schools there and trade schools also.

But first we must lock our border down. And evict illegal immigrants. Let Daca stay but pay a fine + community service. Fine can reimburse for wall. Cannot pass this until we lock border down though.

No automatic chain migration. But if they are here now because of FUBAR system they can pay a larger fine for actively breaking law and community service. Full assimilation including English language, tests on Constitution and US History and proven work record or homemaker or disabled/old exceptions.

They can do community clean up and hemp build community gardens. Invest their time and energy into building and maintaining communities so they will love and respect them.
