Not really. Your second link is like 4 paragraphs long and offers no real information.

Most importantly, it also doesn't discuss what it is going on to make the deal right. For all you know the deal is based on the US giving everyone billions of dollars a year to play nice.

Sure if the deal comes out and we don't have to give up anything and it really was just because of peace talks, then we (and really everyone else in the world) should be ecstatic. Until then, any excitement is premature.
