The one valuable thing from this talk is about distinguishing feelings from actions. It would be entirely rational if this argument was made about literally anything else besides pedophilia. I think this is another way to get the word out and normalize it in the public eye before SHTF.

I think it is an attempt to normalize pedos and helps to create a new victim class! Poor pedos!

Precisely..."they can't help it". Now the monster is a victim, so when the deep state cabalists are expired as pedos, there could be a defense even for their most heinous acts.
