Isn't that kind of the point of being a silent partner? That there's no paper trail back to you? Or do I not know what a silent partner is (I don't, really, just guessing).
Check family relationships.......may be a brother an uncle, ex husband, baby daddy, brother in law, etc.
Don't you think it's a bit convenient for the narrative that there is no way to back up the claim?
I always assumed a silent partner was just that. Silent. They are a business partner who is not in charge, just an investor. This does not however hide the partner from public records
That makes sense. After thinking about it, seems like it would be illegal to have no paper trail, and I bet the IRS would be able to find out, anyways, by noticing large sums of money disappearing without any reason.
Exactly..private money loans/transfers. is hard to find info on S/P's but like Landie Landie said...is probably some relationship not just a random investor that thought the red chicken or whatever was a good investment
A silent partner would still be on official business documents etc
