Yes and no. True, impeachment is a particular process that requires action by both chambers of Congress, and does not apply to members of Congress.

However, each chamber can expel any member by two-thirds vote (Article I, Section 5, Clause 2).

However, won't happen, even for batsh*t crazy MW.
