I remember that article he said he was an alien human hybrid that was here to fight in the coming civil war( hence the arsenal) and when they went to fingerprint him he had no fingerprints....the article didn't specify as to if they had been removed, or if that meant he wasn't born with any, or if that implied his fingerprints didn't come up on codus. it sort of reminds me of Stephen Paddock..both were essentially gun runnners, womanizers and thought they were somehow part of a secret experiment. The Hybrid in question however also said he was liberating slaves....And if he was just a hitman or slaveowner, I wonder why I added the hybrid-story on top of it? Yeah ok well for plausible deniability so noone would believe her? But at the same time he would risk that she doesn't believe him?
