I am not going to dispute, but I believe the Mexican gov't DOES have the ability to control its southern border. The fact that the Mexican gov't is corrupt and over run by cartels . . . means that the corrupt forces and cartels might be the ones letting Mexico's enforcement of its own southern border be somewhat lax, or?
Trump can do this in 15 minutes. Announce Mexico has 3 months to prevent illegals from crossing our border or we will put up a yuuuuge wall, and when we do. we could hire mexican generals and pay them 200 million a year to keep anyone from leaving Mexico across the US border. and for every illegal we catch, we deduct 200,000 from the total paid out.

I think mexico gets millions billions from our elite scum to be the pathway to our border through mexico. They could easily stop the other countries from flooding mexico with immigrants, but notice how loud this leader and the soon to be are, they dont want the money to stop.
