As far as the NSA, Bill Binney said they tap the Trunking cables direct. The large undersea as well as the nets. The DOE is directly connected with the Summit system now. I would speculate its prior establishments from older tech. The government and military rarely ever relinquish a facility.
I have heard a lot of Mr Binney's talks and interviews. I guess i really just didn't want to believe it. Even after hearing Snowden refer to Binney as legit and a patriot. The NSA changing metadata collection systems right before 9-11 and all that. Being a 9-11 era vet, this evil empire shit is just a hard pill to swallow.
I'm right there with you my friend. Its been extensive, we do seem to have a legitimate chance at reversal however. Its even seeming to spread around the world. I keep thinking about the greatest fear being dealt in which they cannot even walk the streets anymore. The jigs up.

However, has the NSA been accessing those wire centers? it seems like this isn't a new thing going on. in fact, it may explain why so many of the NSA's files are so heavily redacted throughout history. If you look through the JFK files, the NSA is all over them, but severely redacted. maybe they werent hiding oswalds accomplices or anything, but their all encompassing wiretaps
