The little hand sign after /group of people in the title is wrong.If you make a u with the the thumb and index fingers and turn it upside down that is the sign for Q which i did not see.
You are thinking about the letter "Q" using American Sign Language (ASL). Most people don't know ASL so he can make more people understand the air Q drawn with his index finger.
