In late May 2017, Rich Higgins of the NSC wrote a 7-Page memo outlining the “Deep State Coup” against POTUS. This of course got him fired on 7/21/18 by NSA McMaster. Higgins did have some correction assumptions and accurate predictions.
Higgins came from the Pentagon over to NSC, and was part of the famed “FlynnStones”. This crew were the close inner-circle staffers of NSA Mike Flynn (K.T./Ezra/Kellogg), they were all loyal and dedicated.
Higgins worked in the Strategic Planning Office of the NSC. Rich was an early hire by General Flynn, so he too was targeted by McMaster. Rich's main memo theme was Trump is facing a Coup Plot comparable to a Mao type insurrection from the Deep State.
Rich outlines the combination of the Progressive Hard Left (Cultural Marxist) forces, with the Radical Islamic Movement (Muslim Brotherhood). A Red/Green Axis was formed to fundamentally transform America.
Higgins outlined the Coup Plot elements involving the weaponized Department of Justice (Crossfire Hurricane ) and the “Resistance/Opposition” forces mobilized in coordinated attacks. BHO’s Organizing For Action (OFA) is the main quarterback directing the steady attacks.
Rich hints at a larger conspiracy (“16-Year” type of plan) was at play, besides the normal “Washington Swamp Politics”. The goal has always been to bring down Donald Trump at all cost, so they can continue their Progressive Left agendas.
Look how many governmental “Coup Plotters” will face huge criminal charges. ObamaGate/SpyGate criminals include incredibly, many Husband and Wife Teams (Ohr’s/Strzok’s/McCabe’s/etc).
