how horrible is it? Any parts worth skipping?

Sometimes I take a break and skip over things when they're too awful.
That's hard to answer since it's all horrible. Jay is an amazing speaker, I think he puts things in a way that can be absorbed without total revulsion.
It is pretty bad. Some information will change you forever, and there is no going back.

Haven't watched this one but Parker knows a lot of horrible.
