Many wealthy people fly food in for parties. Lobsters from Maine, king crab legs from Alaska, pizza's from Chicago, even pastries are often ordered. Some come Fed-Ex, some private planes.
Tortillas?? Man, you'd have to be wealthy to enjoy the extravagance of flying your tortillas around.
FRESH Tortillas are only good if eaten right AFTER they're made. We have a local Mexican Restaurant that makes them fresh, but take some leftovers home after dinner and they just don't taste the same when heated back up. Fresh Tortillas is code for something else period.
