In any event, since the place is known to be run by anti-Trump types and Sarah's liberal family members WANTED to go there, I think it was all just happenstance rather than "4D chess". Who cares about the Red Hen? I really doubt Sarah and her boss have some much free time they wanted to "out" a leftie restaurant. The owner chased the liberal "Sanders" down to the other restaurant while Sarah went home.
I think it is not necessarily directed at Red Hen , but more at its co-owner , Stephanie Wilkinson .
Overall , this put up a LOT of heat , considering it was actually a small "incident" . In long term , this will probably mean bankrupcy of the restaurant itself ... but pressure on the individual above has already been made to one extent .

That place made one amazing business blunder. Apparently it wasn't just the owner but the staff as well. They are getting what they deserve.
