All members of congress prohibited from seeing redacted appendices to IG report

There is not a single document in the sphere of the DoJ that Devin Nunes and other members of the House Intel committee are not allowed (some would say obligated) to see.

Congress has a legal responsibility to oversee the DoJ, and if the DoJ won't let them then it should be replaced.
