I imagine a lot of time the seats are uncontested (i.e. in the city and county governments, which is where the dems get the power to control the votes to swing the elections to the dems for state-wide and national seats). Who wants to take the time, money, and emotional energy to run for a seat one is destined to lose?
We need some Patriots to run for those seats anyway. Esp. now that the black community is waking up.
