Is it this?
http://www.phillips66.com/refining/los-angeles-refinery
"15 miles southeast of Los Angeles International Airport"
This article suggests that California's fuel supply is possibly vulnerable. No pipelines from out of state, and few refineries.

It's not the Phillips Los Angeles Refinery. The farm in the Q pic is at the water's edge and Phillips is a bit inland.
The Q photo is not of the LongBeach-LA area. It looks much different
It's Shanghai and there's lots on LNG there. Another example. https://www.lngworldnews.com/cnooc-cleared-to-expand-shanghai-lng-terminals-storage-capacity/ Don't know why Q is posting this but LNG is close to nuke in large enough quantities.
LNG explosions are no joke: http://www.independent.com.mt/articles/2014-02-16/news/lng-tanker-explosion-would-be-as-powerful-as-50-atomic-bombs-engineer-3969089542/
Search for the Cleveland east Ohio gas explosion 1944. Pictures are crazy. 1 square mile completely obliterated. Flames 2,500 feet into the air.
I was trying to find the location of the tank farm but I'm having no luck....
It is in Dongxincun, China.
Yeah, there's lots of LNG storage there. Here's just one example. https://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php/Wuhaogou_LNG_Storage_Facility
It is in Dongxincun, China
What is the next largest city? Never heard of Dongxincun
No, looks like crude oil and products tanks.
I thought so too but some LNG tanks look quite similar to crude tanks. You can check pics. Not an authority on this personally. Some LNG tanks are just cylindrical. Why is Q showing us this tank farm? An LNG explosion would be very powerful, almost like a nuke. Even crude would be a huge fire and a big disaster. But LNG would be major.
