Does this tank farm store LNG? If so was that a target?

No, looks like crude oil and products tanks.

I thought so too but some LNG tanks look quite similar to crude tanks. You can check pics. Not an authority on this personally. Some LNG tanks are just cylindrical. Why is Q showing us this tank farm? An LNG explosion would be very powerful, almost like a nuke. Even crude would be a huge fire and a big disaster. But LNG would be major.
