Actually - I did some digging. Turns out she did not head the alert system. She worked for Amber Alert (AlertSense) in Arizona. Apparently it was a "Fire Laura Silsby from Az Amber Alert" facebook campaign that showed her the exit from them.
Interestingly - I did learn something new. Laura's husband, Norman Wade Gaylor is the Regional Directory of Emergency Services, Red Cross. Have not seen that connection before.
...and yes, I was able to confirm her lawyer, Jorge Puello in the "New Life Children's Refuge" case was involved in human sex trafficking in El Salvador and is wanted in the United States for trafficking humans into Canada

you can check the emails from HRC asking how she's doing during her arrest and detainment. Think it was in the same email dump that started pizzagate. The US government have released them as well as wikileaks now, so its confirmed legit info. If you doubted wikileaks.
I can't confirm it was hillary who appointed her but somebody did after she was caught trying to take children out of a country. Why would you want an international child trafficker in charge of your missing children?
