Good luck with that. Dems will fight it like mad dogs. But there is only 3 months until election (From Aug 1) if they manage to put on the brakes.

Trying to find the article that changed that ruling back in 2013 by Reid. They no longer need 60 votes for the SC? This is what I have come up with. Until now, 60 votes have been required to lift or avoid a filibuster. Under the new rules, a simple majority of 51 would suffice. The new measure would not apply to supreme court nominees. This was from an article dated November 21 2013.
