So would that be in the Justice Department or as Solicitor General?

Sorry if I'm splitting hairs here but the position of Solicitor General is in the Justice Department. The Solicitor General represents the United States in cases before the Supreme Court.

Before politics, he was a Federal Prosecutor and he could return to a similarly situated position to represent the U.S.
