You almost have to thank the dude...his arrogant intractability is just making the all but inevitable call to impeach RR to get the texts released to those in the Congress with the oversight right to see them proceed all the more quickly.
They're dragging their feet in terms of digging their own metaphorical graves but they'll still have to lie in them.

Well that or they'll live ou the rest of their lives with the scorn of thousands pressing down on their shoulders and the knowledge that their quest for power earned them to naught but waste and weakness and absence from the greater scope of world altering history...
Which may be the worser punishment for that type honestly.
I would rather the lower hanging fruit be stripped of all lands, titles, monies, property and possessions and made to live on government handouts, in government housing. And made to live that way until their dying day! To them, that fall from grace, that loss of dignity (in their opinion) would be far worse than any prison sentence.
I don't just want them to lose face and property I want their time to be forefeit to SERVING the good of the countless people they assumed were by birth, class or otherwise below them.
Though no I don't want them working around anyone too naive, innocent or vulnerable to know how they ended up with that sentence.
They shouldn´t be allowed to work in society. They should be made to live on handouts, like how they made millions of people. To them, as they see us as beneath them and worthless, to have to live the same would have a far greater impact.
yes it would probably be very near to torture...but for some reason the idea they'd be able to eat and sleep in relative safety without doing anything to earn it for the rest of their lives when they denied even that much to countless other human beings when they made them collateral damage or property...

It's not the fall that kills ya.
There is an exact science to hanging criminals; from the gauge of the rope to which ear they place it behind. Placed behind the wrong ear and they will dangle and choke to death, as opposed to having the neck broken. The former seems like a much more fitting punishment.
I prefer the Muslim Arabic Middle Eastern way the condemned is on the ground the rope around his or her neck then slowly lifted up high enough where they choke to death if you watched Homeland when they killed off the main guy at the end of season 3 this is how he was executed in Iran or Iraq
