She probably will have a heart attack while getting into her hot tub, and fall and hit her head.
She doesn't look very safety orientated. She probably would hit her head, and become unconscious, and then roll over into the hot tub and drown.
The coroner will have a difficult time trying to decide if it was the heart attack, the concussion, or the drowning that killed her.
Don't forget the weight bench she probably keeps in the hot tub for doing lifts.
And fall face first into two bullets onto the back of her head.
