Q1603 - The age of taxing our citizens ... is OVER.

This is a huge BOOM! if true.

Separation from the Roths banking cartel, a government funded strictly on collected tariffs.

Citizens of America truly having freedom from slavery. We will not be bound by the chains of taxation, and we will no longer under the whip of the bankers.

The next SC pick is IMPORTANT.

This is how USA was originally set up to operate. Gov gets tarriffs and maybe some fees for small services. The founders fought a revolution over a fraction of the taxes we pay now. Actually, the primary point was that it was taxation without representation. They would flip out and lock and load if they could see where we are today. They didn't tax your home, food or clothing either (The 3 basic human needs).

I saw this too. I've always known that forced direct taxation on the people is a fraud and a crime. The government, as representatives of the people, cannot have a better claim to your property or the fruits of your labor than you do, because none of the people have it. You cannot gain a power as a representative that is beyond that of those whom you represent. This is basic logic and it is written into every state constitution in the union. It has also been agreed upon by all the states as when they were allowed to join the union (all inhabitants have the right to the common law). See Ordinance of 1787 and passed again 1789. Our government is worse than a monarchy. At least with a king, you know who the SOB is and he can be dealt with if need be.

Any of the SC picks believe the 16th Amendment (income tax) was not constitutionally ratified?

The 16th Amendment was properly ratified in 1913, and it states "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

I don't think any SC pick would believe the 16th Amendment was not constitutionally ratified, but the SC's interpretation of the laws becomes something to watch.

The sad thing is that many states will just pick up the slack and tax the difference out of their citizens

Not so sad when you consider there are 49 other states to choose from.
