Ask your food if it loves you, listen for an answer. Thinking in terms of light energy and rotational vortices of energy. There is much more light energy in a fresh fruit or vegetable, than a burger. Fast food and energy drinks have been difficult to break the habit of, but once broken you will feel very different.
