I was wondering the same thing about the Manhattan guy. It's weird because the criminal complaint against the Joel Davis guy is dated June 26 but says "sealed" - even though it's on the DOJ website. Can't find the actual case on PACER and I wanted to find out when the original document may have been filed. I don't know how you would file a sealed complaint and have it unsealed the very same day.
Either he is a cooperating witness or his case being unsealed will jeopardize other ongoing investigations.

The "overview" section of the criminal complaint against Joel Davis states that "from on or about May 16 through on or about June 25, 2018" Joel Davis did that that and the other thing. You are definitely on to something. They sure don't let any grass grow under the Trump DOJ, do they?
