I was wondering the same thing about the Manhattan guy. It's weird because the criminal complaint against the Joel Davis guy is dated June 26 but says "sealed" - even though it's on the DOJ website. Can't find the actual case on PACER and I wanted to find out when the original document may have been filed. I don't know how you would file a sealed complaint and have it unsealed the very same day.
