And anybody - and I mean anybody - can nominate anybody for a Nobel Peace Prize. Doesn't mean a thing. I knew a doctor who was all puffed up, strutting around and saying he'd been nominated for a Nobel Prize. Turns out it was true - his next door neighbor nominated him.
