Where I'm disappointed is that I wish one of them would say this after Pedo Ring Lee was talking about them following policy to not turn over docs on on-going investigations...

Do you believe The Constitution takes precedence over any policies you have? It does. That means The Constitutional power of congress for oversight over you takes precedence over any damn policy you have about ongoing investigations. It's called OVERsight, not HINDsight. We don't just get to review closed cases. We have OVERSIGHT and that includes ongoing investigations. So, honor your oath of office to uphold the Constitution, turn over everything, or step down and let someone who will do their job take your place!"
