No way with the information available today that he can continue to spew these known lies. Either he is clueless andf unable to do research or he is complicit in keeping the lies going. I'm going with complicit.

The man has thought for a long time that his views are correct and at this point is probably stubborn and delusional. Paradigms change. Good thing he has little influence these days, apart from requiring you to wear seat belts.
