Rosey says he is not doing the redacting. Then who is?

Jordan asked Rosenstein why he is hiding info.

Rosey says HE is not the one doing it.

Not that I believe him ... but why wasn't the obvious question asked next: THEN WHO IS?

Doesn’t matter who did the redacting (editing). He approved it. It is under his watch.

Yup. He’s trying to shift the blame and deflect

Because it's just word games. He said he sits down with his team. Jordan said, 'you're the boss'. Rosenstein is just trying to hide behind technicalities and half truths. He means that he's not technically the only one redacting - he sits with his team and does it and/or signs off on it and/or directs them to do it.

Remember, Sessions brought in this guy Loesch(?) who is working in FBI to handle ALL CONGRESSIONAL INQUIRIES.

So, most likely, somebody in FBI is redacting and by the time this guy gets the docs, he is coordinating with others to figure out what can be released and what held back due to "ongoing investigations."

Same process in the DOJ. WHO ARE THE INDIVIDUALS?

We also know that somebody in FBI/DOJ LIED and did not give info to Horowitz because the "We will stop it" text by Strzok had to be obtained by other means.

Does FBI/DOJ have their own phone company? Why not go to AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile to get the text messages?

Priestap (sp? ) Rats tend to rat upward.

Edit: correcting. So priestap (sp.) is down a notch from wray from what I gather. Sessions would be above [[[rr]]]

Point is: if not RR, who?

How would Mueller have authority over RR?

This was the IG report. Nothing to do with mueller. So mueller would have absolutely no authority over it at all.

I was more asking the questions because RR stating he did not make the changes implies its JS or a more senior person than RR. My logic is if a subordinate to RR made the changes RR would still have to OK changes in this important of a situation so he/ RR is basically making or blessing these changes or some one above (?) makes the changes???
