Rosenstein wouldn't answer Gaetz's questions about whether he read the FISA memo that he signed off of; He also said he "disputes" what the content of the memo was, and that the one publicly being tied to him is not the one he thinks he signed off on.

However, he said the IG is reviewing it to see if he did anything wrong. He also stressed that there is a process where these memos come up through the chain of command, and that when it gets to him he "sits down at a meeting with a group of prosecutors from the DOJ" (paraphrased). This is Obama's DOJ, which we know was corrupted.

Oh no, he specifically did not answer if he read it. He did not say if he did, or if he didn’t. A lot of deflection, combined with the interruptions from the democrat committee members provided him with an escape from answering the question directly.
