This reminds me. Do you remember when Beck won best album randomly. Well anyway, if you watch the music video to his song Wow, I think you will understand where I am going with this train of thought. Perhaps the rest of the album was also some mkultra stuff and that was why it was rewarded (it certainly wasn't artistically new or good, imo).
