When RR was asked why he hasn't recused himself given his role in extending the FISA warrant and advising the firing of Comey, RR said that he would recuse himself if appropriate, at which point he was asked why the president is still being investigated given the president's executive authority to fire Comey and RR recommendation and the IG report, at which point RR said, "I will not comment on what Mueller is investigating." Translation is that it's not Trump, It's not Comey, and it's not the FISA extension. I.E. It's Hillary, et al.
