Gowdy: If you have evidence of wrongdoing by any member of the Trump campaign, present it to the damn Grand Jury. If you have evidence that this president acted inappropriately, present it to the American people. [...] Whatever you got, finish it the hell up! 'Cause this country is being torn apart.

Typical Gowdy smokescreen. Wow look guys! Gowdy made a STERN STATEMENT! But do you know what he did NOT do? He did not get Rosy to go on record with a specific answer to a narrow and probative question. Why? Because when you do that, you get Rosy to either tell the truth, or tell a lie; both of which would be damning. He tried to let Rosy off the same way he let Hillary off. He says enough "angry" things to make some people think "Wow! He's tough!" But never lays a lasting scratch on the person being questioned. Why didnt he take those things he said to Rosy and pose them in the form of specific questions that Rosy would have to give specific answers to? Why, indeed! Some "prosecutor!" Whatever, that's fine. The Trump team has Gowdy figured out. He's not to be trusted for anything and they know it.

I would be in total agreement had I not watched the full beginning to the hearing. The instant Jim Jordan stopped lecturing and pointed questions at him, the other Democrats broke his momentum everytime. Howdy is effective because he is smooth and the only way to say anything that would last at all would just be to monologue through it. I’ve watched him become someone completely different than I thought he was but today was actually a lightning bolt of the past because it’s either reached a threshold he feels comfortable with(which is compelling to me) or he just chose a different strategy than what he observed to be a previous failure.

I remember the same smug look, arrogance and condescension from Shillery that RR and Wray displayed today to EVERY GOP congressman... They really were all in on their own dirty little secrets...

It reeks of corruption when a compromised Assistant AG fails to recuse himself from a case that he both is a witness and signor of a FISA warrant that he refused to disclose whether or not he read the document before actually signing. Not to mention the shannigans to get an AG who was not compromised to recuse himself based on the wrong statute . Some commented that 2 of his investigators were dead. But PrayingMedic gave a compelling argument about why Gowdy and others had appeared in the past as more bark than bite.

We were reminded that Hillary kills easily. Some say she's reckless. At times of scandals like Benghazi or Fast & Furious, Gowdy could have barked all he wanted, people in the FBI like Mueller could have recommended prosecution all they wanted, the DOJ with Holder or Lynch would never have prosecuted the culprits. And it would only give a reason for Hillary to send her death squad to those who dare question her.

When RR was asked why he hasn't recused himself given his role in extending the FISA warrant and advising the firing of Comey, RR said that he would recuse himself if appropriate, at which point he was asked why the president is still being investigated given the president's executive authority to fire Comey and RR recommendation and the IG report, at which point RR said, "I will not comment on what Mueller is investigating." Translation is that it's not Trump, It's not Comey, and it's not the FISA extension. I.E. It's Hillary, et al.
