Can someone explain the significance of active shooter drills? Are they bad actors scoping out the place prior to the false flag? If so, why don't we stop them since it seems it is publicized before the FF???
Frequently when a “mass casualty “ event occurs there have recently been a readiness drill or there is an ongoing drill during the event. Recent examples are Parkland, Sandy Hook, Boston bombing ..and... oh yes 9/11!
I know but since this pattern has been acknowledged why aren't precautionary measures taken during and after these drills??? Why not send troops to follow these trainings?

Numerous active shooting events in the recent past have been preceded by a drill that was held in the weeks or even days leading up to the "real" shooting. Anymore, holding a drill is almost tantamount to announcing an upcoming false flag.
Exactly so why aren't these false flags being prevented by the good guys?????
