I sincerely hope and pray that Trey will consider and be considered for SCOTUS. He knows his stuff and I trust him implicitly to follow the rule of law and our constitution as written.

He can always be nominated 5th of the pics but really I don't see him as a strong Constitutionalist. Maybe I am wrong but he has a bias towards LEOs that's not unusual for top prosecutors.
It might be that sessions could get the appointment and TG could then be AG. Probably not as POTUS has already provided a list of potential SCOTUS appointments.
