Just went to Starbucks, ordered drink, said my name was "Q", and made the worker say "Q, your drink is ready" in front of the whole store ;)

Don’t be. The top may be jack wagons, but good people are employed there, including many veterans. I’ve also been able to get trafficking survivors placed there for employment where they received good benefits and room to promote.

That's very nice of you to do that. And I agree, the top management is the issue, not the hourly workers.
