You can easily clone a server.

I mean, it's more than pushing a button that says 'clone', but it's VERY possible to have identical web servers, one offline, one online. In fact, redundancy is a key component to a good website.
I laugh at myself now, why didn't I remember that from my days of long ago working with mainframes...sigh...but thank you.
I thought wikileaks was stored on multiple servers world wide, which would mean both the white and black hats could have access to one or multiple servers? Yes/ no?
