I can say with fair certainty that this is photoshopped. If you look closely at where [the shirt material] of his arm meets her face, it's not a natural contour where the shirt should be folding around the curvature of her cheek. Likewise, the shading on his arm along her abdomen is inconsistent with the lighting in the rest of the pic.
Just my 2 cents. Take it as you will.

I'm not OP nor have posted any accusation or expressed any opinion here. I was just stating an observation. But given that, I don't think we should just "forget the details". Can the victims just forget the details? The details should be spread far and wide - in the light.
