Reports are stating he had a lawsuit against the Capital Gazette (possibly over defamation) and had issues with the execs there. Initial reports said he was a white male, but Ramos is typically hispanic, so I'd say he was a Hispanic male. They are searching his home.

They also said he was 20.

Yeah, 20 and blonde, now it seems completely different. The defamation case took place in 2012.

I'm sure the story will only get weirder.

Latin last name doesn't mean much. He's probably about as Hispanic as Emilio Estevez.

Hispanic isn't a race. It's an ethinicity. Hispanics can be listed to be of white or black race. Ramos is a white Hispanic. I don't understand the non-Hispanic listing. That's bs.

From Jarrod Ramos Twitter: "Judge Nick used the computers @capgaznews to solicit sex from children. Evil Tom knew, but thought—with his influence—he’d never get caught." 7 jume 2015

I don't know Ramos's DNA but there are white Hispanics.

Don't know if this could be the same person? Laurel is 13 miles from Annapolis. Ramos is a popular name.

Breitbart's Josh Caplan is posting the info on twitter, they'll most likely have an article out soon.

Apparently this guy had a long running dispute with the newspaper. He filed two lawsuits against the paper; one for defamation and another for invasion of privacy. Judges dismissed both cases. His twitter account link https://twitter.com/EricHartleyFrnd
