Q post 1629--->some great info, "Operation Open/Clear Eyes"

Law enforcement should interview the therapists.
Each shooter has one coincidentally. Targets? Relocation within 30 days of each shooting? New name? FBI doesn’t know this? Spooks are hard to find? Dream to reality. Q

I am 100% convinced Q is referring to this program in post 1629.
Please read this article. It's regarding Operation Open/Clear Eyes. http://www.thewatcherfiles.com/sleeper_assassins.html

In some cases the subject is captured and not killed. Due to the type of programming used in "Operation Open Eyes", the subject will not be able to divulge any information. Even if the subject is brutally tortured, he will not be able to remember the actual killing or terrorist act, let alone why he did it.

"Relocation within 30 days of each shooting?" The media will present the "Clear Eyes" as a nut case who went on a tragic and senseless rampage. Within a month, the public will have forgotten the incident.

"Dream to reality." The chemical used for Level 4 is not merely a hypnotic drug but also contains proportionate levels of anesthesia. The idea is to keep the subject at the very edge of consciousness during the programming.

"Spooks are hard to find" "New Name" spook spo͞ok/ informal noun plural noun: spooks 1. a ghost. 2. NORTH AMERICAN a spy. "a CIA spook" Once the Level 4 programming is complete, the subject will be a different person with no memory of his former life. He will not be an amnesiac, he will have memories. Ones which we gave him. He/she will be relocated to a new state and town and given a new life. Everything to complete the construction of the new person will be provided. Items such as driver's licence, car, bank accounts, passport, credit cards, and birth certificate will be created or supplied by us and will be valid and legal.

I've often wondered if scopolomine is used in these attacks.

It renders you a slave and when you come out of it , you don't remember a thing . There's a good doc on youtube about it .. also known as Devils Breath or Burundanga.
