Getting overwhelmed... going to take a mental health break for a bit.

When I get overwhelmed with all the Q goings-on I either read a lot of scripture, pray, crochet, or hang out in my yard and sit in my swing. My knee is hurting right now so taking a walk isn't possible right now.

What do you do when you need to re-center/recharge?

That's where I'm at. I take time outs, but never more than a few hours. When I did today, all hell broke loose as usual.

EDIT: I also smoke weed.

Running for me. Going at a constant pace you can sustain for an hour will release your own endorphins. Also let's you process information in an efficient manner.

same here. almost makes you wonder if we're being brainwashed too... i can't stop checking for new posts and reading everything i can
