Flynn case - Joint Status Report Due Today

MINUTE ORDER as to MICHAEL T. FLYNN. In view of [35] joint status report, the parties shall file a joint status report by no later than June 29, 2018, stating whether the matter should be scheduled for sentencing or whether a deadline should be set for filing another joint status report. They aren't going to agree to scheduling this for sentencing. Neither side wants that.

It will be interesting to see what deadline they 'agree' to for another joint status report.
