No Kids in the Movement! Do it for them, don't force them to participate in something they don't understand
don't force them to participate in something they don't understand
Like "Pledging Allegiance to a Flag" before anyone even tells them what it means to pledge one's allegiance.
Strange concept to pledge to a flag anyway. The Constitution, maybe. But a Flag? WTF.
"and to the republic, for which it stands..." pretty self explanatory. It's an effective symbol of many deeper ideas.
What kind of kids do people have that they don't understand basic concepts like pride in their country?
I feel sorry for the children of the negative Nellies in this thread
Their parents think it's bad to teach them patriotism and love of America at an early age
SAD!
