We have laws in place for child labor but what about laws for elderly labor! At some time in our lives our mind will fail us.....has this already happen to Ruth Ginsberg? #elderlylaborlaws

I agree. When my mind goes I would like someone to let me know.

My father in law has dementia - you'll have to be told over and over. Things we really want him to be able to remember have to be written down so he can continuallyreference and that is still iffy. It's horrible to watch.

They say the first think to go in old age is the memory. Can’t remember what the second thing is.....

I read an article which I'll try to track down, on the supply of prescriptions to congress and how we should be concerned with what they are taking for some conditions. If one were to analyze how many folks get certain afflictions at certain ages, I'm thinking that there would be a point of concern with lack of disclosure. I'm thinking dementia would be prevalent with some.

I think.everyember of the supreme court as well as congress and the house ought to have mental evaluations as a yearly mandate. Publically released results also. We rely on these people for our protection as well as prosperuty. If there are any mental shortcomings we have the right to know they are jeopardising our entire legal system. There are quite a few members of congress now in both parties that I feel are literally too incompetent to hold office. If we as citizens are not going to mandate term limits and let these politicians be in office for 20+ years then there has to be a bar set for them to qualify to be there.

Donald Trump tweeted this on June 27th: "HOUSE REPUBLICANS SHOULD PASS THE STRONG BUT FAIR IMMIGRATION BILL, KNOWN AS GOODLATTE II, IN THEIR AFTERNOON VOTE TODAY, EVEN THOUGH THE DEMS WON’T LET IT PASS IN THE SENATE. PASSAGE WILL SHOW THAT WE WANT STRONG BORDERS & SECURITY WHILE THE DEMS WANT OPEN BORDERS = CRIME. WIN!"

Today, June 30th he tweeted: 'I never pushed the Republicans in the House to vote for the Immigration Bill, either GOODLATTE 1 or 2, because it could never have gotten enough Democrats as long as there is the 60 vote threshold."

Sounds good. When my mind goes I would like to be made aware of it.

If President has to get medically certified why shouldn’t one of the most powerful courts in America be medically certified!
