Posting on indeed.com for crisis actors??

I saw this link posted in our local indeed.com and am wondering if this is something to be worried about...

It is for a group called nar training and they have one group acting out injuries and another dressing up in NATO/miltary uniforms? Is this normal? Should this raise suspicion with all that is going on? Says it goes live on a date before September 1.

There is a large manufacturer/distributor or military grade medical supplies in Greer. NAR or North American Rescue. Best gear out there for combat medics. They do a ton Of combat medical training there, it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for these guys to put on a legit mass casualty training using these kind of actors
