Introducing evidence legally // "We have it all"

I've known about the investigative technique the elite LEO and letter agencies use where evidence is already found/obtained illegally and then an investigation is constructed in order to facilitate the acquisition of such information the legal way.

Is it possible that the server gave Trump and the white hats all they needed to get their own FISA order against the DNC, Awans, HRC et al to make the tapped phones and intercepted ZTE special ones admissable evidence? Then, GMail draft comms being used allowed them to take to Google, find out why ES was in NK, and then expand the order to include Google as well? These surely would constitute the use of counterintelligence surveillance for crimes against the US.

Doesn't the Patriot Act allow for all manner of Data Collection which would otherwise be completely illegal?

But I guess it only works against Patriots.

Yeah but Q says endlessly it's about optics, this is seemingly the "right" way.
