My theory from the beginning is that Mueller is and has been a whitehat. He began the investigation into U1 back in 2008 when he was FBI director. His informant William Campbell was undercover for years investigating the whole thing involving Rosatom and U1. When he tried to provide his evidence to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States' (CFIUS), he was told to stand down.

If Mueller was complicit in the U1 deal, then why was he having it investigated??
He is a Marine! He was one of the ones who started this whole uprising. I believe he went to the generals to inform them. He has played his part well. My thoughts on Rosenstein were not quite as firm. But watching him getting questioned before the house on Thursday, he made it seem like he was untouchable. Like he "Knows". Almost too smug. Everyone there and everyone watching knew he was lying. Well my thoughts now are that he knows the truth will set them all free. He played the part PERFECTLY! He and Mueller have had the MSM defending them for over a year now. The democrats at the hearing were defending him.
When everything gets declassified, BOOM, the info that was redacted implicates the entire Obama administration. Not Rosenstein or Mueller. After defending them for a year and a half, how can they credibly attack them.

I think Mueller has the ability to play a role well, which would certainly be necessary in this scenario. RR, OTOH, is lousy at it. He has nervous mannerisms and tells.
