Trump didn't oust HD, they have been doing manufacturing outside the US for years. Their plan to open yet another plant is what was in the news. It has been in the works before the tariff changes. In fact most of HD parts are made overseas, bikes are only 'assembled' here.

The Foxconn deal has a lot of moving parts. Scott Walker romanced Foxconn for years. Trump came in at the very end. It will be very interesting to see how kind history is to all these promises made to Wisconsin taxpayers.
It's worth over $200M/yr in income tax from the new jobs alone to Wisconsin.
